2.5 USERS RELEASE COINXES FROM LIABILITY FOR TRANSACTION ERRORS, INCLUDING THOSE CAUSED BY INCORRECT INFORMATION, TECHNICAL ISSUES, OR USER MISTAKES.
2.6 Coinxes does not provide custodial services. Transaction delays may occur due to compliance checks or unforeseen technical factors.
2.7 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures are mandatory for specific transactions. Users may need to provide identity and fund verification documents, with third-party providers assisting in compliance efforts under our supervision.
2.8 Transactions flagged for potential illegal activity may be suspended or denied.
3. User Responsibilities
3.1 Users confirm they are not located in jurisdictions where the use of these services is restricted by law or international sanctions.
3.2 Users agree not to:
- Use the platform for any unlawful purposes;
- Submit false or misleading information;
