Destination Tags (Memos)

A destination tag (or memo) is an extra identifier used to correctly credit funds to your account, especially when exchanges use shared wallets. It ensures your funds are routed to your specific account within the exchange. Without it, funds may reach the exchange’s main wallet but not your account. Always double-check and enter the correct destination tag/memo when sending cryptocurrencies like EOS, Ripple (XRP), Stellar Lumens (XLM), Binance Coin (BNB), or Monero (XMR).
