How can I check the status of my application form?
You can track the status of your exchange application at any time using one of the following methods:
- Registered Users (Personal Account):
- Log in to your account on our website.
- Navigate to your “Exchange History” section.
- Here, you’ll find details such as your request number, date and time, and current status.
- A status of “Executed” indicates the exchange was successful and funds have been sent.
- Unregistered Users (Website Tracking):
- During the exchange process on our website, you can track your request status.
- If the information appears outdated, refresh the page using the F5 key.
- Email Notifications:
- Registered users receive automatic status notifications via email.
- If you cannot access your account, check your email for updates.
