How can I check the status of my application form?

You can track the status of your exchange application at any time using one of the following methods:

  • Registered Users (Personal Account):
    • Log in to your account on our website.
    • Navigate to your “Exchange History” section.
    • Here, you’ll find details such as your request number, date and time, and current status.
    • A status of “Executed” indicates the exchange was successful and funds have been sent.
  • Unregistered Users (Website Tracking):
    • During the exchange process on our website, you can track your request status.
    • If the information appears outdated, refresh the page using the F5 key.
  • Email Notifications:
    • Registered users receive automatic status notifications via email.
    • If you cannot access your account, check your email for updates.
